LOCAL LAW 11

AJS OPERATIONS provides a team of professionals that will ensure the safest and most efficient  method of passing periodic inspections. “Façade Inspection Safety Program” (FISP), previously known as Local Law 11 services can also be combined with any of our other services in order to minimize your contract management requirements. Owners of buildings with six or more stories above grade have their exterior walls and appurtenances inspected periodically. A licensed Registered Architect or Professional Engineer must conduct this inspection.
